Position: Head - Strategy & Marketing

Location: Phase 8, Mohali, India


Job Summary:
The role of Head - Strategy & Marketing is to articulate and execute the business strategy of the organization, thus enabling its growth. This role requires the person to collaborate across the organization and provide strategic and advisory services to the leadership team.


Minimum Job Requirement:

10+ years of global market experience in Corporate Strategy Planning, Strategic marketing, Digital automation and Business Strategy with reputed IT & ITES Services organizations
Should be able to articulate GTM strategy
Must have experience in collaborating cross-functional and global teams
Ability to Analyze industry trends and provide strategic advisory
Outstanding skills in data and research management
Stakeholder management and influencing skills

Education:
Post-Graduate degree in Strategic Marketing /Finance /or Equivalent

Principal Activities/Accountabilities:
  • To develop and articulate the value proposition for each of IDSs services / offerings
  • This includes a top-down articulation of IDSs Overall Proposition
  • Who we are, what we do
  • What makes us unique / our differentiation
  • It also includes, the articulation of the value proposition and differentiation for each of the offerings
  • This will require a good understanding of and research on the market (buy and supply side dynamics, competition, changing customer needs, commercial models)
  • Putting together the overall collateral for the firm and each of its BUs
  • This includes, Corporate Desks, Sales Presentations, e-Brochure
  • This element of the role also requires the individual to lead ongoing research and to work with individual BU leads to publish white papers, approach notes, case studies /caselets etc.

Sales Support
  • Partner with Sales and BU leads to search and identify potential clients in each of the business units
  • Develop and arm the sales team with appropriate collateral and presentations

Lead Corporate Communications
External Communication:
  • Development and maintenance of the companys website and micro-sites for individual BUs / offerings
  • Development of high quality videos that help articulate / present the value proposition
  • Online / social media campaign / feeds
Internal communication
  • Be an agent of change, and help articulate the new vision and the employee value proposition
