Currently we are hiring for Charge Entry/Demographics/Payments Associates for QA Department. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of multiple medical billing domains that includes a mix of Charge Entry, Demographics and Payments.

Role: Quality Analyst
Experience Required: 1+ year
Job location- Mohali (Punjab)

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Need to QA Charge Entry/Demographics/Payments for different specialties with insurance specific guidelines/ Quality Check and Audit for different verticals/Domains
2. Will have to handle the QA of Charge Entry/Demographics/Payments for each project and maintain client logs.
3. Need to provide process related trainings to trainees and existing staff
4. Need to do weekly and monthly team meeting for QA feedback
5. Maintain and create process SOPs
6. Sharing process related knowledge and updates with the team
7. Reviewing Medical charts and documentation/EOB to make sure the entered Charge s/Demographics/Payments are correct
8. QA for billing to patients and third party reimbursement claims ,maintains supporting documentation files and current patient addresses
9. QA for the processed documents in a neat and orderly manner
10. Responsible to keep track of all unprocessed items and persistently follows all unprocessed items until subsequent processing
11. Processes post transactions, and verifies accuracy
12. Responsible for getting the claims processed in compliance to the billing rules mentioned and should be accountable for any denied claims due to the entry error.
13. Ability to multi task
14. Doing R&D
15. Actively Participate in all training activities from Induction training, Client specific training and refresher training on billing and compliance
16. Adhere to the companys information security guidelines
17. Should be able to work on multiple domains and should be open for learning RCM

Required Candidate profile:

Knowledge of medical insurance claims procedures and documentation, EOBs for US Healthcare including CPT, ICD-10 and Modifiers.
Strong knowledge into Payments,Demo, Charges and Insurance.
Knowledge of medical billing procedures.
Basic word processing skills
Excellent skills in MS-Excel
Ability to verify data input and correct error
Strive to achieve the quality standards
Adhere to provided turnaround time requirements
Demonstrate ethical behavior at all times
Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts and HIPAA
Good communication and analytical skills
Must be flexible to work in shifts

Working days: 5 days working
Salary: Negotiable
Shift: Day
