Currently we are hiring for a Managerial Position for role of Contract Management Process Lead in our IDS-Legal services team.

Customer Acquisition and Revenue Generation
- Build end to end value proposition (leveraging technology) for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for law firms and corporate
- Revenue generation for CLM process
- Achieve quarterly and annual Business plan targets through new client acquisition
- Mine existing clients of IDS by creating a customized value proposition
- Lead strategy and business research projects end-to-end with a team
- Responsible for managing multiple client engagements
- Work in tandem with the BD team for identifying prospect and closing the lead
- Gather requirements from clients
- Understand and transition Client requirements into projects through a solution-based approach
- Managed clients legal operation through multiple software applications & web-portals
- Manage end-to end CLM process (drafting, negotiation, redlining, liaison, approval, etc.) for Clients including the requirements of e-signature, playbooks etc.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of Client data
- Attending client calls and ensuring timely responses to open items
- Create SOPs for the CLM process
- Work with operations team to ensure proper scoping, planning and execution to meet client objectives on time and with agreed quality
- Working hands-on to mentor the team
- Create, manage, cross-skill and upskill the team on various CLM processes and software
- Accountable against performance indicators such as productivity, quality, utilization, attrition, etc.
- Integration of technology and processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Law Graduate
- 7 -10 years of experience in end to end CLM process
- Well versed with legal technologies
- Excellent analytical, organizational and team management skills
- Should be able to communicate effectively with clients, team members and internal stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills to co-ordinate the various processes and employees
- Commercial knowledge and ability to work on spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Experience in managing a team of lawyers
