It gives me immense pleasure to work with IDS InfoTech Ltd which is a pioneer company in IT and ITES services in Northern India. Being from the research background, new things attracted me a lot, so was the reason to try for a job as a research associate in IP department of IDS Infotech. From starting as a trainee and becoming a research associate and receiving an award of excellence for exceptional performance during early stages of learning have always motivated me to do something that is one step ahead of others. Since the joining, each day has given me a new opportunity to learn and groom myself in a better way and also becoming somewhat self-obsessed with the quality of work. The knowledge achieved throughout is no less which would definitely help me wherever I go and plus the people around create an environment of a lovely family. Partial credits for all the achievements and recognition I have received goes to my seniors who have given me every chance and motivated me throughout to learn things like how to be a mentor others and also how to analyse things differently.
